Absolutely, just set it shallow so you scratch the surface, drag it a ntleast 2-3 times, before the last pass with a broadcast seeder on a 4 wheeler I would put some Ladino clover, your favorite grasses for sure and if you like trefoil and or red clover, the red clover will give you more tonnage, but cows do not like it as well as some other plants, at least my cows. Then drag it one more time.
