Subject: Pasture Renovation, Spring Tooth Drag?

With our mild winter been trying to clean up some pasture to encourage better growth, increase stocking capacity. Started with just cleaning up all the old brush piles and bush hogging all the junk that grew in over the years. At the point I’m thinking maybe a spring tooth drag would work to smooth out old gopher mounds and such, maybe work in some pasture mix seed, anyone have any thoughts? I should point out our pasture in western WI is not real productive, just marginal ground that would otherwise be fallow. Case in point, this pasture is steep and rolling, nothing I could work up ground to reseed fresh for example.
