Malta, Illinois		There are places that will take cell phones, tablets, and kindles if they are still functional. Some will even take them if they don’t work. The key is to restore to factory settings and make sure they are cleaned out. Other than that burning or landfill is about the only option. I have taken the hard drives out of laptops and desktops before and destroyed them in various ways and then thrown the rest in the dumpster.
