Wanta buy the neighboring quarter for 20k/ acre? Ok we’ll need the rest of your land for collateral. And the $250,000 you have loaned against it at 4% interest will need to be refinanced into the new loan. Which now is 10% interest. Yeap can see it happen. Is it a bad thing. Not unless community prices turn real ugly afterwards.
