A few years ago a local co-op elevator stuck quite a bit of $$$s into a big rail load out, they made arrangements with their rail line to re-start the rail load out, and then found out another rail line quite a ways down the rail line would not allow them access to the markets that they wanted to get to.
Has anyone started a new grain co-op recently?
