Going to put oats out to harvest for grain for feed. Looking at varieties and locally I can buy Jerry. Is there a different variety I should be using or will these do? Also how much nitrogen would you put down for 100 bu per acre of oats? Thanks!

Shooting for 100bu oats you're going to want @75#-80# actual nitrogen total, including any incidental to your P&K spread. Ideally, you'd put half of your total up front at planting and follow up with the balance at jointing, or Feekes 5-6ish. That'll go a long ways towards reducing lodging risk.

Can't really speak to varieties suitable in your location. Locally, Hayden and Horsepower appear to be popular.
