We are planning to plant oats late next week in W. IL.
It will be our earliest ever but we have planted on March 8 several times and it has always worked out well.

BTW Tomorrow I am going to check on the peas that we planted in December. They started emerging during a warm spell a few weeks ago and I expect that I'll be able to row them tomorrow.
