Whatever happened to that ground by Grand Forks? The story was that they were going to build some kind of a processing plant near the base. Which then opens up the possibility that they would build in all kinds of sensors that could monitor all signal traffic to and from the base. Give them a couple years worth of signal monitoring, and maybe they could figure out how to jam them. After all, it only took Grand Admiral Thrawn a few minutes to figure out how to jam the Neimoidian drones :) *****

In all seriousness, I don't consider open farmland to be a threat, no matter the owner of record. And even buildings near military bases only rise to the level of "maybe someone should ask the relevant military force to consider the implications" But that's not zero concern.
