It takes a lot of $3.50 corn to pay $350 cash rent.
Some are trying to break out ground. I am thinking we should be not farming some we are. If it makes 100 bushel it is a loser, even with no rent.
Just quick and dirty in my head numbers. it takes 196 bu. an acre to cover variable costs.
