Nebraska | Still farming, 32% was cheap last summer, chems have really come down also, rents a little higher but not alot more since the teen years. I still think we will get a bounce this summer if the weather pattern goes to LA Nina. What I'm really saying is back in the teen years these prices wouldve been a great opportunity but we rarely got them, you gotta figure out a way to make the markets work for you and your farm, cut the fat. I've sold corn at 2.86 and beans at 7.14 cash prices in the past decade so I know what the bottom feels like. | |
