I’ve done some a few minutes after start up and tests came back as not suitable for irrigation. I’m going to more in season this year after longer run time. High bicarbonates and iron were reasoning for the poor test results. Seems to be common in wells drilled in late 80s. My wells will have 200-300 foot of casing and but pump might only be 80-100 foot deep and hit water on some years at 7-10 foot.
