I’m assuming that’s where your trying to call - their sheldon store is going through total remodel, so I wouldn’t be shocked if they were having phone issues.

I called the Sheldon store first but they referred me to Baltic where the wheat guys are. I am not bashing Hefty I am just frustrated with not being able to get hold of someone.
