Currently a 20 cent premium on the resource bean

That's what they say. Be pretty easy for them to change basis to make it look like a 20 cent premium when in reality they lowered the non resource bid by 10, 15 or 20 cents.

Basically it's gonna be a 20 cent spread between the two bids. BUT is one really a premium or is one discounted?

All of a sudden they could be buying 60% of their capacity at Quincy for 20 cents less than they currently have been while buying the resource beans at the normal bid, but it appears to be a 20 cent premium.

This is what i think is going to happen .

Also if the program works good, the EU is buying meal, adm will keep anything over the 20c for themselves.

May have to start going to ray Carroll. They haven't been competitive lately though.

Its the death by 1000 cuts that irks me. So this year it's de forestation. What will the carrot be next year. These programs never stop, they kreep.
