North Central Texas | I saw you posted that before and didn't get around to responding. I'd question the foundation. They can't reinforce every 5 foot it a pier that is tapped out. It looks like they pour and drop a runner to weld to. I consider that a trailer house waiting for some straps to snap in a hurricane. Belled piers are normal for most bigger barns like yours and should cost a little more. 25 ft span with Z purlin and crosses is fine in most cases anchored down deep. The anchors mean the most. Mueller is going to build a building right for you area. Others will be just fine too. I'm just not impressed with the pictures you showed. Another thing on spray in, it has its limits. You need to know what kind of spray foam they are using and the good stuff quits working for you after 2". | |
