North central TX | I see no reason why that building wouldn't serve you extremely well. My concern is that it that much cheaper. So where are they cutting the corners and saving the money? Can you go look at one they've built? That would be my advice.
I priced a 30x50 barn in Dec '22 (really its just a big loafing shed on a 4ft concrete stem wall) to build pens in and put my squeeze chute under out of the sun and rain. I had qoutes varying from nearly 20k from a national company, Mueller at 10 and some change, and JAG metals came in at about 6500. The Jag building didnt have any I-beams in it I dont think, the other two were relatively close in design. We had a furnace failure and had to put an hvac unit in the house right after getting the quotes so that project got squashed. | |
