I have a Diltz-Wetzel Roaster, have had it for quite a few years now.
I think it is similar to the one you are asking about.
Mine is the smaller model, it will roast about a ton every 24 hrs.

Haven't figured costs lately but at the time I put it in it cost about $12 per ton for electric cost to operate.

The reason I like the electric version is it is a set it and forget it machine. I feed mine with gravity from an overhead bin and drop the roasted beans into a bin that I empty once a day. Basically just start it up and it can run 24/7 with minimal labor involved.

Also, it is impossible to overcook/ burn the beans and there is no chance of fire. One of the mills I work with have had several roaster fires that I know of.
