Central Nebraska		Heavier loam soil types here. Might do something like 4gal 10-34-0 3 gal Thiosul and 20-something gal of 32%. Have two stainless steel tubes banding the fert 3-4” on either side of center. Would guess coulters incorporate it 4-6” deep.
