We probably mean the same thing but the correct terminology is that the dividend is paid out based on the average daily balance of the LOC.  

LOC rates won't fall as quickly as they went up.  Just because the Fed lowed a target rate doesn't mean that a banks cost of funds changed by that amount. and just like rent and inputs, everybody is going to get their pound of flesh.



I will have to take a look at that tomorrow. I know it was a pretty nice check for a small amount of interest I paid in last year. Here I am dealing with Farm Credit of Illinois
