SCMN | This is on 25 years currently. With high interest rates with any building I decided I can always refinance if interest goes down and be able to knock down the amount of years to pay off.
There is programs out there but I didn’t apply for any of them. I’d rather pay for it myself than have the government involved more than they already are.
We have been starting 600 lbs feeders in here and hoping 10-11 months to be out the door. Will know more in a year to see how cattle gain on slats.
