Southern Indiana | I have a 2 inch line running from a pond to a tire tank. The valve has always been a little stubborn to move if it's set for awhile. Tried shutting the water off today and couldn't budge it. Even broke the homemade tool (pipe with 2 notches for the ears). Has anyone else had this problem and/or suggestion what to do?. I'm scared to death to bear down on it for fear of breaking something, then it would be a mess. Would pouring hot water on it do any good?
