We have the larger herd boss. It will mix silage and grain if you layer it. It will feed straight commodities but I’m not sure how it would mix. A Kelly Ryan body would mix better because of the lift chain, but more moving parts and more maintenance. I wish you were closer I’d loan you my herd boss for a day.
I really wonder how one of those smaller h&s bodies would work.
How much does the large Herd Boss hold?
Ballpark Costs? Are they easy to set up on a truck?
