north west arkansas | Wondering what all options are out there that would work on a f550 truck. Currently get all commodity feed delivered in bins and get fed with cake feeders. Anyway have lots of options on commodity feeds locally and thinking about putting in a commodity shed and putting a mixing bed on a f550 truck. We just can’t haul enough in the cake feeders and thinking if added mixing bed it’d eliminate the need for a stationary mixer. Would be for just commodity feed now but not against being able to run some ground hay or silage in the mix at some point. Any idea what type of bed to be on the lookout for? Not interested in a tractor wagon as already had a pull type vertical mixer and a pull type is just not feasible for miles traveled. | |
