http://lefebure.com/articles/nmea-gga/ Note the discussion on “Fix Type”. A receiver that has a true RTK fix will send the number “4”. In Ag Leader Intellislope if it doesn’t see the number “4” it assumes there is no RTK fix and it will not survey or install tile. I assume gradient operates in a similar fashion
(needs “4” in GGA NMEA sentence or it won’t install tile
). All that to say…..regardless of what the advertised accuracy is, if the “Fix Type” isn’t “4” then ag leader intellislope won’t won’t work.
