Nice set up.
I really like the Mirafount waters. I have five of them and a BAR BAR A for my horses. I have one mirafount in a smaller pen that I only keep a few head on it. At -10 it will freeze but just pour 5 gallons of hot water in the reservoir and in an hour it is running OR take the top off and pour warm water over the valve and in a few minutes it is running. Keep plenty of animals on them and watch the balls, as mentioned they will freeze to the bowl once in a while.
I will not own a waterer that needs 5 gallons of hot water to make it usable, my hot water is 1- 1/2 miles from the waterers. Full disclosure: I am a Jug dealer |
