West central Ohio | Gotta know when to cash out. Talked to a guy last week- back in, I believe he said 2006, had a guy want to buy all of his breeding age holstein heifers. After a couple days thought he decided to let half of them go as he is in the business of selling springing heifers.
The half he kept ended up selling for a Benny less than the opens a year prior.
It sure is tempting to cash out on the stock that I own, but the equipment still needs to run everyday for the custom raised cattle, so might as well keep em lol. It'll probably keep me out of tax trouble by holding on to them also. Gotta think on the bright side.
