I use Android but my help uses Apple.
We just got some tablets for each planter tractor. That way, you don't have to battle the Bluetooth connection issues between users, asking employees to use personal phone data and battery life for RTK, calls dropping connection, and the Android and Apple headaches. In the end, we just got modems and no longer use Bluetooth for anything. It does cost more, has a $400/yr per modem fee, but it's presented me with almost no issues at all which is extremely valuable during those precious hours in April and October.

Do incoming calls not interrupt your RTK correction service when using your hotspot to host the RTK signal?
As long as you have a newer phone, less than 5 years, and it has 4G or 5G LTE, it shouldn't drop your RTK signal. In extremely rural areas still using older CDMA technologies, it would drop.
