Royal City, WA | After seeing some of the news of dealers in the midwest going away from the RTK networks they have set up in the past to a different system, should I be looking to upgrade from what I have now? I currently have (4) 3000 SF receivers with RTK activation, (1) 6000 SF receiver with RTK and (1) 6000 SF receiver with basic SF1 ? guidance. With just paying the activation fee for now, I use a large dealers RTK network in my area as the cellular service we have is pretty bad and drops in and out. I see a local potato/onion producer selling all of their 6000 SF receivers and curios if the activation is in the receiver or stored in the display? Are there differences in the SF receivers when buying them used with different activations? Is it worth upgrading to the newer 7000 or 7500 receivers as I'm thinking the local dealer will eventually go away from using/servicing their RTK network they have built. Any info is appreciated.
