This is the only correct short term answer. RV antifreeze and salt will be gone in ten seconds to ten minutes. Run a good stream of water, even more than a little trickle, and it won't freeze. That's if you're on well water obviously.

Long term answer is insulating and air sealing. Air sealing being much more important than insulating in most houses, seal the attic from top plate to top plate with heavy plastic with battens and expanding foam sealing every joint in the plastic and the edges to the top plates, that will be the most effective way to stop the cold air drafts coming in low, like under your kitchen sink.

If you have snow, you can pile that against the outside of the problem area also.
