Subject: Foot and nail place

Pittsburg, Kansas
I think that would work great.

15 or 20 years ago a good friend who was a nurse said I should go to a Vietnamese foot and nail place once a week (because of diabetes). I was bad diabetic and over weight. He took me to one of his favorites and treated wife and I. We have done it again a few times when near Seattle.

But wife started doing my feet (dry, no foot bath like the nail place did) after that experience.

Helped a lot. Diabetics can have real foot problems. My neuropathy had started.

Changed diet and the bulk of the problem of cracking (and resulting painful heels) heels went away.

She still does my feet but the need is not nearly as great and maybe only once a month. Sometimes I will also do hers although she is flexible enough she can sand her own.

She will put coconut oil on after finishing sanding off the excess callous.
