Anyone sending RTK over NTRIP to a Fendt? Have a new 936. Trying to figure out my options.
First thing is do you have the Centimeter/RTK unlock? If not, you'll need that.
Second, I have customers using an Intuicom Bridge-X, and also the factory Modem to get the NTRIP streams into the receiver. If you want to use the factory modem, you'll have to make sure it's a newer 4G unit, or you'll play the devil getting a cell plan on it. I believe you could also use a DigiFarm Beacon or something similar as well.
If you want to use the Bridge-X, I can tell you how to wire that in.
If you want to use the factory modem, again, first step would be to open up the compartment with all the components, and get the model number of the white modem. Needs to be a VD04, not a VD03.
If you aren't sure what your receiver is unlocked to, go in your Vario display and get me the serial number, and I can check that for you...or you can call your dealer and do the same
If your dealer doesn't have a Precision/Tech specialist, I can help, or I can give you my team's number as well. I don't do a ton of RTK with factory steering, but have done a few. It's not hard, but there is a process.
