Subject: Importance of vitamin K2-MK7 for health



Pittsburg, Kansas		Deep dive into the importance of K2.

We take a combination supplement with 5,000 IU of D3 with 100 mcg of K2-MK7. Not anything I am recomending, just what we have done for around 4 years. This is a good video, worth the time to watch for people concerned with their health.
