I should have added. Yes usually wrap in foil and put juice and some sauce to keep moist and finish in grill. These are for Christmas meal at another home. Was going to finish in crockpot and transport. Keep warm and easy to serve out of. That's the reason for asking. We bought extra slab and going to try ourselves Thurs night. We'll see.
