I understand the limited cooking resources but for the OP finishing in the oven would be the same as leaving them on the pellet grill. The pellet grill is essentially just a wood fired indirect oven. As much as I love my smoked ribs sometimes i like when my wife make a rack in the oven. It's just a completely different flavor profile when they cook in their own juices and get that carmelization from the rendered fat.
