| Buy her a set of Cutco knives. They come with a lifetime guarantee, if one gets dull send it back to them & they will sharpen for free or replace it. My wife catered for 30+ years, bought a set when she started. They've seen a lot more use than normal. She's had to send a few in to be resharpened but most are still as sharp as when she bought them. Usually will send back a 2nd knife for free for her inconvenience.
