English MARMITE. A thick goo-comes in small glass jar-bright yellow cap. Brits spread it on toast. Made from yeast. Loaded with B-vitamins. Super salty. Teaspoonful by mouth: 60 seconds, cramps are gone. (Mostly find it via internet-rural grocers will not have it)
