De Forest, WI

Aaron SEIA - 12/5/2023 09:24 I gave up on all of that and pretty much use cast iron. Enameled pot for soups, etc. AaronSEIA

Bingo.  Well seasoned cast iron (Lodge, Made in TN or vintage Wagner.  Skip the overseas stuff.  Can't trust the alloy isn't tainted). and quality enameled cast iron (Staub, La Cresuet or USA Made Lodge).  Nothing else will last and has no health issues.

Here are ones we use every day/week.  We own zero coated pans.

Amazon.com: Lodge L9OG3 Cast Iron Round Griddle, Pre-Seasoned, 10.5-inch: Campfire Cookware: Home & Kitchen

Amazon.com: Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Round Dutch Oven, 7.25 qt., Cerise: Home & Kitchen

Amazon.com: Staub Cast Iron 7-qt Round Cocotte - Grenadine, Made in France: Dutch Ovens: Home & Kitchen

USA Enamel | Lodge Cast Iron

We also own a decent set of All Clad tri-ply stainless steel.  Had them over two decades and work great.  Not non-stick, but we use them for all the things we don't cook in cast iron.
