NC Kansas | Some variables to sort of for sure as mentioned, but lets say you are running 100lb of wheat and 80 lbs of a dry starter (Map/Dap/Mesz/40rock) you should be fine unless there is a fog so heavy you have to run the wipers on the tractor. Can it cause issues? yes and super dusty fertilizer with fines in it will be more problematic. But to start drilling wheat in the morning when say the humidity is in the upper 70% range you should not have issues.
