Sounds like you're ready to go. 

A few comments, make sure all your implement receiver measurements are spot on for your planter or whatever is recording it to start. Height, left or right offset, how far back, etc. 

It's more accurate to have your working width in rows and row spacing than it is just a width in ft/meters. You can hit the little arrows icon to switch between the 2 options on that page. 

There is a "ready to record" autopath status in the work setup page. Make sure that's green before you try and start. It doesn't really "tell" you it's recording while you're planting but it is. It might not hurt after the first field to check in Op Center to make sure you have AP lines/data. You do have to enable AP in your Op Center with a toggle in the settings.
