NS Canada | To go with the other post - when did the cows leave your area? (If they have) The 90s got rid of a lot of them here, went from likely several dozen dairy farms in the county to only enough to count on your fingers nowadays.
Quota was worth some money, farms were still smaller - So many got out, thought they'd try beef cows, but that only lasted a couple of years and then most went empty all together.
