Dad remodeled the barn and put in bulk tank in 1960, I was 8 years old. We weren’t the first with bulk tank in our neighborhood and there were a lot of farmers still with can milk. By 1970 there wasn’t any can milk in our neighborhood. West of us 20 miles Amish started move in from out east, last I heard (10-15 years ago) they are all can milk, maybe got something else figured out.
