Ok that is different stuff. Only spices. I was thinking of the No-Salt brand and its look alikes. They are potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride like table salt is. Taste salty but a bit of bitter aftertaste. Salt (sodium chloride), potassium and magnesium are considered pretty common electrolytes. Dietary minerals.

Disclaimer: Only a fool would do something just because I do. A person should do their own research and make their own decisions. That said, I use this sometimes in my water (at a much less rate than what is on the container).
