I've smoked quite a few of the rolled turkey roasts. They are Butterball brand that recently became available at Hy-Vee again. they are in the net and dark and white meat. I don't care much for regular roasted turkey but that smoked, rolled turkey is excellent! Seem like it picks up the smoke flavor really well. Don't over cook it and hold the heat back a little. Speed is not your friend. good luck!
