Boning a whole turkey is a tough job and one you will probably have to do yourself. I see that Butterball has turkey roast which contains both white and dark meat which might work for you.

How about a Turducken, which is a deboned chicken inside of a deboned duck inside of a deboned turkey. Amazon can fix you up for one of these delights for a big price.
