Buttons have also gone to the cheap side, use to be able to use different buttons with different pins, not no more, the plastic stems have gone woke and aren't as strong as they were therefore they bend if they don't enter the tag at 90°. I have always used a generic type tagger and was able to just change buttons and got away with it but was set straight on taggers and buttons and now have the blue version like yours and was told only Y-Tex buttons with two piece tags. Needless to say I pitched all the other buttons in the vet box. HTH. |
