ND

jddealer - 10/28/2023 08:39 Ask the equipment dealer you deal with if they need some part time winter help doing set up work on planters, drills, tillage, and etc. This is the time of year that dealers are getting that equipment in, and set up for next season. I know from experience that it is getting harder and harder to get all of the set up work done in a timely manner. And as an added bonus your employees will receive experience with the equipment that you likely run on your own farm, AND build relationships at the dealership that could come in very handy for you during the busy season.

I like this idea, but I think the dealer here wants to hire these guys................

As we know, it is hard to get good help, anywhere, all over the country.
