Yes, early on in my diabetic journey before insulin shots, I tried the Adkins diet with success for a couple months. But life got in the way and I fell off the wagon.
Too many things I was not willing to give up. Not to mention all the misinformation over the years about vegetables and whole grains being supposedly healthy.
