| Not here. Hay feeders and bunks don’t mix. You want those calves at the bunk. Not standing next to a hay feeder. Our pens are rectangles. Some angle gates. Some straight.
If we are short on help or have a problem in a pen we put 2 free standing panels in a corner with a swing gate. Walk in sicks, pin, treat. Way less stress than running a bunch of cattle you’re trying to get straight into an alley and sorting. | |
