Well Harvard is pretty good at any result you want in order to build endowement.

And bad research generally brings in a lot more money.

Hong Kong, not a great place as far as pollution lives the longest on the entire planet. One and a half pounds of meat daily.

Okinawa s eat mor meat than mainlanders and live longer. Researchers couldn’t find a 100 year old vegetarian.

Icelanders do fine.

It isn’t the meat, matter of fact more meat in the diet around the world correlates really well with living longer, but what is being eaten with the meat.

Keeping insulin sensitivity can be done on a variety of diets. Wish they would quit doing correlation studies and then pretending they prove anything.
