ottertail co mn | I tore mine off at the elbow and had surgery within the week. Surgery went well. No lifting for 8 weeks
I am weak compared to what I used to be and my ability to turn screws is definitely not as good.
Glad I fixed it.
As far as the weakness, I don’t lift weights as it really messes up my neck and spine. When I went in for a strength test on my hand I asked the dr how I did because I felt so weak. He said I was at the 99.9 percentile of strength…. So maybe my weakness is not as bad as I thought | |
