| I hah it done end of July , 1st of Aug. If I had it to do again , knowing what I know now I would pass., My distance vision isn't as good as when I wore glasses, They wouldn't correct my near vision because of a disease of the coranary. So require reading glasses. Taking reading glasses on / off is a pita. Depending how close it is requires different magnification of glasses so I either have to compromise or carry more than one pair. That doesn't account for sunglasses. Also had cataracts removed at the same time so sun bothers me more. If there's a break in the weather I'm going to see about getting bifocals, clear lense on topm& progressive reading lens on the bottom.
Younger brother had it done 10-15 yrs ago. He has same coronary disease so is in same situation as I am. I quess I should have talked to him before I had it done.
